You Can’t Trust the Insurance Company After Your Motorcycle Wreck

You should never try to represent yourself in a personal injury claim as the insurance adjustor will not treat your fairly. They will misrepresent the statement you gave them in good faith. As the injured party, you are trying to obtain a money from the insurance company which will fairly cover your doctor bills and compensate you for the very real pain and suffering you have endured as a consequence of your auto accident. The insurance company is working against you the entire time - there is no common interest. This naturally creates an adversarial process, and there is no way to get around that.
