Waiting For The Insurance Company To Pay Your Claim? Don’t Hold Your Breath.

Why does a hospitalized motorcyclist need a personal injury attorney? Can't they just deal with the insurance company by yourself? You can try, and many people do. Often they will wind up frustrated and upset when they realize the insurance company is not going to help them. I've been helping injured motorcyclists and their families as an Everman PI and wrongful death lawyer since 1991. I know that insurance companies don't play fair. They have all sorts of underhanded tactics to avoid paying your claim such as offering lowball offers in the hope that you will be so desperate that you'll take it, even though in reality you are entitled to so much more compensation to help pay your mountain of medical bills. Don't fall for their tricks!

One of the insurance company's dirtiest tricks is to delay payment on your personal injury claim for as long as possible. There are several reasons for this. If they know you are not getting help from a board certified trial attorney they will hedge their bets and hope that you don't know your legal rights. Because the statue of limitations on Texas accidents is two years, they hope they can keep delaying your claim until it's too late for you to do anything - and then they can avoid paying you anything at all!

If you have been in a motorcycle collision, it can leave your life in a very real mess - not just physically but also financially. Soon after leaving hospital, the doctor's medical bills will start piling up. Unfortunately, you're already behind with your financial commitments as you've been out of work for so long. Pretty soon the debt collector will start calling. The insurance company knows all of this and is banking on you becoming desperate enough to accept an inadequate offer if they delay long enough. They will never, ever be prompt in paying you. The reason? Insurance companies simply don't have to pay anyone until they are forced by a jury.

I have been fighting insurance companies on behalf of injured bikers and their families since 1991. I know the tricks they play and I know how to beat them and make sure they pay you the compensation you deserve. Give me a call toll free at 800-354-MARK (6275) or locally in Fort Worth at 817-294-1900 or Dallas at 214-327-8000. There is no fee for your initial consultation and there is absolutely no obligation. Remember that unless I win your case, you don't owe me a penny. If you don't get paid, I don't get paid.
